be in the lower left corner of the splash
screen..
Finance
Desktop to
use Finance Desktop, please login to
Transcription Desktop using your Finance Desktop
login and password. If you don't have a login
and password, please call your Vianeta Account
Rep.
Note: There is no separate install for
Finance Desktop.
WebEMR ActiveX controls
and component download
In order to use WebEMR, Vianeta ActiveX controls
and components need to be download and
installed. These controls will download
automatically the first time you login to
Vianeta WebEMR, if you are a Windows Power User or Windows Administrator on the local computer from where you are accessing WebEMR.
These
controls are needed for basic WebEMR functions,
such as print, download, view, edit and e-sign.
If these controls are not properly downloaded,
you
will receive error messages when trying to
print, download, view, edit and e-sign documents.
Please follow the instructions to download the
ActiveX controls and components.
Note:
If you do not have Windows Power User or Windows
Administrator privileges to your local computer, then please
request your IT folks to download and install
these components for you. Please click here
or cut and paste the following link on Internet
Explorer: http://download.vianeta.net/Software/WebEMR/webemr_5.2.0.0.exe
Go through the install and when it asks for the URL place in https://appserver.vianeta.net . After the install is complete use the URL:
https://appserver.vianeta.net to get into WebEMR.

Word Expander License Upgrade Utility:
This utility updates the license key for the Shorthand®
(Word Expander) application This upgrade is required only
for customer using TD 4.6.0 and lower. You can run this
update directly from this web page.
Run Utility
Importing
wordlist into Shorthand: This document
provides information on how to import your
wordlist into Shorthand. In addition, if you use
MS Word auto-correct, this document contains
instructions on how to export MS Word
auto-correct list. We have converted the most
common auto-correct words (autocorrect.spf),
and we highly recommend that you include these
as part of your word expander list. Please
download and save this file under the following
folder "C:\Program Files\Vianeta Communications\Vianeta Desktop\Default User\Profile".
Use shorthand to open or merge the file with
your existing expanders.
Manage Normal Utility:
This utility allows users to import and export Normal
files. Normals are also called "Macros" or
"Canned text".

Copy Templates:
This utility copies certain windows profile specific
files. These files are required for Vianeta 4.1 Word
templates to work under situations where multiple users
log into the same machine.

MPD Archive Folder
Purge Utility:
This utility deletes all files from the
"Archive" folder based on user defined
criteria. Please review the "Read me File"
before using this utility.

Vianeta VUE Editor
(Standalone): This
is the standalone Vianeta VUE editor. Please
install this if you want to download and save VUE files
from WebEMR to your local PC. VUE files can only
be opened in a VUE editor. Download
Template Generate
Utility: Install this utility only after you have installed the
VUE
editor. Once you have created a VUE or HTML template, right click on the template and choose the option "Generate Job". Open the job from Transcription Desktop by browsing for the template from "Transcribe station". Browse folder:
