:: Submit a Support Ticket
Please follow the steps outlined below before sending an email to Spheris Support.
  1. Extensive research of Vianeta's Knowledgebase articles. We recommend that you review knowledgebase articles as most of the common issues are already published.
  2. Contact your hospital or company IT and/or Supervisor. They should be your first line of contact.
  3. Re-start your computer.
  4. If problem still persists then please contact Spheris support by phone (800-905-0084 option 3)

What's not covered under support?
You will be charged an incident fee on a hourly basis if the issue is not related to Vianeta software, such as internet access, virus, pop-up blockers, or hardware related problems. 

:: Submit a Change Request
Please Change Request to send an email to Vianeta implementation / PS team. Please make sure to include your name, company name, phone number, and implementation request. Please refer to Implementation section of support site for additional information.

What is an implementation request?

  1. New account setup
  2. New dictation sequence
  3. Templates
  4. Print agent installation
  5. Interface (HL7 or non-HL7)
  6. Bulk physician upload
  7. MPD installation
  8. Training
  9. Project management
  10. Consulting
  11. etc.

Note: Depending on your contract terms, you may incur setup and installation fees.


:: Important Information
  • As a result of the Vianeta/Spheris merger, Spheris offers 24x7 support services to all our customers effective May 2nd, 2006. As a result of this coverage, the alert911 service will be discontinued.

    IMPORTANT CHANGES

  • In order to ensure all your support issues are addressed as soon as possible, please do not contact individual Vianeta support personnel directly, as that will delay the issue resolution. We are excited to be able to offer significantly more support resources which will take some time to train on Vianeta products. We appreciate your patience throughout this process. Please convey this information to Vianeta users in your organization
